Susan Jung is a food columnist for Vogue Hong Kong, the Academy Chair for the Hong Kong and Macau region of World’s 50 Best Restaurants and Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, and the author of Kung Pao & Beyond – Fried Chicken Recipes from East and Southeast Asia. For almost twenty-five years, she was the food and drinks editor for the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong, and her expertise has led her to appear at various festivals, including the Jaipur Literature Festival, Galle Literary Festival, and Hong Kong International Literary Festival.
