Api Jiwa at Capella Ubud invites you to experience Four Hands dinners featuring our Executive Chef, Arvie Delvo, alongside Chef Maxie Millian from Kaum by Potato Head. This powerful pairing of exceptional talent and philosophy offers a creative approach to heritage cuisine through a multi-course gastronomy journey. Chef Arvie transforms the traditional omakase and expands it beyond Japan, incorporating flavours, techniques, and ingredients from across Asia. Chef Maxie is known for his fearless creativity and modern interpretations of Indonesian cuisine. The collaboration brings new energy to the tradition driven with heart, soul, and purpose.
You can choose between two dates: Friday, 30 May or Saturday, 31 May, with both events taking place from 19:00 to 22:00. The preferred date can be selected on the ticketing platform.
