Ketut Aprinawan is the Owner, Head Mixologist, and driving force behind IBU SUSU Bar & Kitchen and its sister restaurant, Kyoka Japanese Kitchen in Ubud. After honing his skills in some of Melbourne’s best bars, he returned to Ubud to share his knowledge and make his own mark on the local cocktail scene.

Ketut Aprinawan adalah pemilik, kepala mixologist, dan sosok di balik IBU SUSU Bar & Kitchen dan restoran saudaranya, Kyoka Japanese Kitchen di Ubud. Setelah mengasah kemampuannya di beberapa bar terbaik Melbourne, ia kembali ke Ubud untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan menciptakan jejaknya sendiri di skena koktail lokal.
