Ryan Thejasukmana

Ryan Thejasukmana is the Executive Chef of Lulu Bistrot & Bartolo Restaurant. Originally from Lombok, Ryan returned to Indonesia after his tenure in Sydney, where he worked at Bridegroom & Bennelong under the guidance of leading Chef and inspiration, Peter Gilmore. Ryan is passionate about fish and seafood, with a focus on sustainability. Following his time at Bikini Restaurant before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, he established and now operates a small company, Empak Locale & Arang Kita, dedicated to sourcing the best Indonesian produce from the ocean and premium-quality charcoal.

Ryan Thejasukmana adalah Executive Chef Lulu Bistrot & Bartolo Restaurant. Berasal dari Lombok, Ryan kembali ke Indonesia setelah masa jabatannya di Sydney selesai. Ia bekerja sebagai Bridegroom & Bennelong di bawah bimbingan chef dan inspirasi kuliner terkemuka, Peter Gilmore. Ryan sangat menyukai ikan dan makanan laut, dengan fokus pada isu keberlanjutan. Setelah pengalamannya di Bikini Restaurant sebelum pandemi COVID-19, ia mendirikan dan menjalankan sebuah perusahaan kecil, Empak Locale & Arang Kita, yang berdedikasi untuk mendapatkan produk-produk Indonesia terbaik dari laut dan arang berkualitas premium.
