Horas! In true Bataknese spirit, warm, bold, and full of soul, this cooking demo invites you to discover the rich culinary heritage of North Sumatra. Led by Chef Prima from The Meru Sanur, you’ll watch the making of Nilomang, Wagyu beef short ribs slow-cooked with turmeric, grated coconut, banana blossom, and wild berry leaves, paired with Nasi Jagung Nangka Muda, a comforting mix of corn and young jackfruit.
