Preventing food surplus and practicing food waste management are considered cornerstone responsibilities of sustainability for restaurants. BRCA sustainability providers and experts will make presentations about preventing food waste by repurposing surplus to make nutritious meals and the technologies, methods and services available to Bali restaurants for composting food leftovers to regenerate and improve soil quality for growing food. Penyedia dan pakar keberlanjutan BRCA akan memberikan presentasi tentang pencegahan limbah makanan dengan memanfaatkan kelebihan makanan untuk membuat makanan bergizi, serta teknologi, metode, dan layanan yang tersedia bagi restoran-restoran di Bali untuk membuat kompos sisa makanan guna meregenerasi dan meningkatkan kualitas tanah untuk menanam makanan.
