Chef Dick Derian, culinary storyteller and creative force behind Locaāhands presents a Surabaya Street Food experience from one of Indonesia’s most vibrant gastronomic centres. Feast on rujak cingur, a bounty of vegetables with freshly ground peanut sauce, followed by Krengsengan Smoked Brisket, Surabayan-style tender brisket smoked for 18 Hours over jackfruit and rambutan wood, served with steamed tofu, puli crackers, bone marrow and rice for added flavor and textures. Finish the Surabayan culinary journey on a sweet note with Spikoe Agar Agar, Surabayan layer cake and distinct symbol of Surabaya’s culinary heritage.

Bookings are subject to tax and service charges of 21% and include a platform fee per booking.

Chef Dick Derian, pencerita kuliner dan sosok kreatif di balik Locaāhands, akan menyajikan pengalaman kuliner jalanan Surabaya, salah satu pusat gastronomi paling dinamis di Indonesia. Nikmati rujak cingur, sayur mayur dengan saus kacang segar, dan kresengan, daging sapi empuk ala Surabaya yang diasap selama 18 jam di atas kayu nangka dan rambutan, disajikan dengan tofu, kerupuk puli, sumsum tulang, dan nasi sebagai pelengkap rasa dan tekstur. Akhiri perjalanan kuliner dengan manis bersama spikoe agar agar, kue lapis Surabaya dan simbol khas warisan kuliner daerah ini.

Pemesanan dikenakan pajak dan biaya layanan sebesar 21% dan sudah termasuk biaya platform per pemesanan.
