Award-winning Balinese Chef Wayan Kresna Yasa, celebrated for his Balinese homestyle cuisine and Michelin Star background, presents an exceptional, Bali-dining adventure. Drawing from his Nusa Penida heritage and mother’s traditional recipes, Chef Wayan joins forces with Kappa Senses’ Executive Chef Eka to curate an extraordinary Balinese menu that features lesser known ingredients and dishes, from sorghum, torch ginger, snails and eel to sea urchin, smoked duck and highly nutritious cem cem leaves. Indulge in this rare culinary experience at Kokokan restaurant, on the edge of the rice fields, and savour the flavours of a truly once-in-a-lifetime Balinese feast.
