The Dharmawangsa Jakarta Hotel, in collaboration with Javara and LTKL, presents one of the festival’s most unique dining experiences on Plataran Ubud’s breezy Banyan Deck, Kinandari. Inspired by his journey to the lush Sigi Province in Central Sulawesi, Chef Emmanuel Julio of The Dharmawangsa Jakarta presents a long-table feast celebrating the region’s cultural heritage and natural wonders.
The menu features a powerhouse of local greens, including fiddleheads and moringa, combined with aromatics such as pink torch ginger, all mixed with local fish, chicken, beef, and coconut. Perhaps the most intriguing detail is that each dish will be cooked in traditional bamboo vessels over smouldering coconut shells.
Guests can sit back and enjoy stories of the region presented by the enigmatic Helianti Hilman of Javara fame and the Sigi youth community, making this potentially your most exotic meal.

Menu yang disajikan akan menampilkan beragam sayuran lokal, mulai dari sayur pakis dan kelor hinga rempah harum seperti jahe obor merah, semuanya dipadukan dengan ikan, ayam, daging sapi, dan kelapa asli. Namun, bagian paling menarik adalah setiap hidangan akan disiapkan dalam wadah bambu tradisional di atas batok kelapa yang membara.
