In partnership with The Bali Restaurant and Cafe Association, Indus, home of the Ubud Food Festival, will be the venue for a sustainability-focused dinner to conclude the festival’s inaugural Sustainability Forum. Joining forces for this event, Mozaic’s Chris Salans will team up with Bali’s own Wayan Kresnayasa, chef Mandif Warokka and plant-based chef Cynthia Louise to present an exemplary zero waste dining experience that sums up the creative brilliance of these culinary masters.
Bookings are subject to tax and service charges from 10% to 26% and includes a 3.2% platform fee per booking. (Please note these charges differ across venues).
