Albert Susanto is an Indonesian chef with a diverse culinary background and a penchant for dreaming big. His culinary journey began early, assisting his grandmother in preparing Chinese Indonesian dishes, igniting his curiosity for cooking. He received formal training at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy in Singapore, where he learned foundational skills and explored various international cooking methods. Albert has delved into cuisines from Indian and Chinese to Italian and Spanish at esteemed restaurants like Forlino and Sabio By The Sea. Under chef Will Goldfarb’s guidance, he honed his pastry skills, learning to think creatively. Continuing his culinary growth, Albert has worked alongside chefs Dom Hammond and Daryl Wonorahardjo since joining Desa Potato Head.

Albert Susanto adalah seorang chef Indonesia dengan latar belakang kuliner yang beragam dan tendensi untuk bermimpi besar. Perjalanan kulinernya dimulai sejak dini, membantu neneknya menyiapkan masakan Tionghoa Indonesia, memicu rasa penasarannya terhadap memasak. Ia menerima pelatihan formal di At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy di Singapura, di mana ia mempelajari keterampilan dasar dan mengeksplorasi berbagai metode memasak internasional. Albert telah mempelajari masakan mulai dari India dan Cina hingga Italia dan Spanyol di restoran ternama seperti Forlino dan Sabio By The Sea. Di bawah bimbingan Chef Will Goldfarb, ia mengasah keterampilan membuat kue, belajar berpikir dengan kreatif. Melanjutkan perjalanan kulinernya, Albert telah bekerja bersama Chef Dom Hammond dan Daryl Wonorahardjo sejak bergabung dengan Desa Potato Head.
