Asger Skov Hansen

Asger Skov Hansen is the Head Baker of RÜSTERS. Asger also manages the coffee section at the bakery, ensuring a perfect blend of baked goods and beverages. Asger has worked in the Michelin star restaurant Søllerød Kro in Denmark, and three years ago, he opened one of the most popular bakeries in Copenhagen, Andersen & Maillard. He has traveled the world as part of the National Baking Team of Denmark and has brought home numerous national and international baking awards—the latest from the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie in Paris, also known as the World Cup of Baking.
