Kasida a.k.a. ‘Boss’ took the unusual path in life. He didn’t attend cooking school but seems to have inherited the wisdom and knowledge of generations passed down to him, a feat that remains something of a mystery to everyone. His education was spending a lot of time in the jungle, which is why he became the Head Forager for Locavore – and now is for every restaurant and bar concept under Locavore Group.
