Daeyong Kwon

Daeyong Kwon is a renowned Korean chef, currently serving as the Head Chef at Essel Restaurant in Jakarta. He oversees the operations and manages recipes for multiple outlets. After graduating from culinary school in Melbourne, Australia, he gained experience working in various restaurants, including the one-hat restaurant Long Grain, where he spent three years. An advocate for Korean cuisine, Kwon has appeared on numerous cooking shows to promote its globalization and hosted a cooking show alongside the First Lady of Korea during her visit to Jakarta.
