He has honed his skills in reputable hotels specializing in International cuisine and even earned international recognition during his debut as an Executive Chef in Micronesia. Mentored by renowned chefs like Chef Vindex Tengker and Chef Richard Millar, he continuously pushes creative boundaries at Kappa Senses Ubud’s Kokokan Restaurant, aiming to establish it as Ubud’s premier dining destination, offering gastronomic cuisine amidst lush rice paddy fields.

Eka Arsana adalah Executive Chef di Kappa Senses Ubud. Ia berasal dari Bali dan telah mengantongi lebih dari dua puluh tahun pengalaman di bidang kuliner. Eka mengasah keterampilannya di hotel-hotel terkemuka yang memilki spesialisasi masakan internasional dan mendapatkan pengakuan internasional untuk debutnya sebagai Executive Chef di Mikronesia.
