Ignatius Emmanuel Julio is Executive Chef at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta since October 2023, who brings over two decades of culinary expertise to oversee diverse dining experiences, from restaurants to banquets. Graduating from Trisakti Tourism Academy in 1999, he honed his skills at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta and Four Seasons Golf Club in Dubai before joining The Dharmawangsa Jakarta in 2012. Prior achievements include winning the Simply Fantastico Award at Armani Hotel Dubai in April 2011. Since then, Chef Julio has showcased culinary excellence, winning a bronze medal in the 9th Salon Culinaire 2015 and receiving certifications from Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. His culinary philosophy transcends cooking, blending passion and innovation to create unforgettable dining experiences that tell captivating stories.
