Iswati Endah Perwitosari is the Executive Sous Chef at The Apurva Kempinski Bali and a seasoned culinary artisan with more than two decades of gastronomic journey spanning Indonesia, Singapore, and Dubai. Her passion for culinary art and dedication towards excellence ignited when she studied at the Dili Tourism Academy in Lombok. Through her journey of rising from a Cook to an Executive Sous Chef in various prestigious luxury establishments, she has showcased her talent. Her career began in Lombok where she joined the Medana Resort Hotel The Oberoi Hotel Lombok in West Nusa Tenggara. She then embarked on an international career, joining Cassis Fine Dining Restaurant in Singapore and Jumeirah Zabel Saray Hotel in Dubai. Her leadership journey continued upon her return to Bali, joining Banyan Tree Ungasan Bali and continuing to The Apurva Kempinski Bali as part of the resort’s pre-opening team. Today, Chef Endah’s inspiring figure, open-mindedness, and devotion towards the rich Indonesian ingredients set her up for success in elevating local flavors onto the international stage at The Apurva Kempinski Bali.
