Jed Doble

Jed Doble is an Indonesian food writer and publishing professional who ventured into the publishing world after working in the banking sector for 14 years. He has made significant contributions to local and international titles such as Condé Nast Traveler, Time Out Jakarta, SilverKris by Singapore Airlines, Time Out Singapore, Expressions by American Express, Tiger Tales Asia, Jetstar Magazine, and more. Jed has also founded several magazines, including Dreams, The Foodie Magazine, and his pride and joy, FoodieS. In addition to his editorial work, his publishing company has published two cookbooks: Sarong Inspirations by Will Meyrick and Iconic Indonesian Dishes by Vindex Tengker.
