TERMS & AND CONDITIONS
- Complete our 2024 Ubud Food Festival Feedback Survey to enter the Prizes drawing.
- Only one entry per entrant will be accepted (one Prize per person).
- All qualifying entries will be placed into a draw for the Prizes, with the winners chosen at random (the “Prize Winners”). The Prize Winners will be notified by email within one (1) week of the draw occurring.
- This Prize draw will open on Sunday, 30 June 2024, and will close at midnight on Sunday, 9 June 2024. Only entries submitted between this period will be accepted.
- The winners shall receive One night stay at Samsara Ubud for two, one night stay at Gdas Bali Health and Wellness Resort for two, and two 4-Day Passes to Ubud Writers & Readers Festival 2024; each prize will be only offered once.
- In the event that the organiser is unable to contact each of the Prize winners within ten (10) working days, the Prize will be forfeited, and the organiser will pick a replacement winner from the remaining Entrants. The Prizes will also be forfeited if, at any time, the Prize winner is found to have been ineligible to enter the prize drawing.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative to the Prize is available.
- The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or subsequently withdraw any award if an Entrant is found to have breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions and all aspects of the Prize draw shall be governed by Indonesian law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
